All the new resorts and hotels have been built in this area. A new Walmart, Sams Club, Commerical Mexicana, several new car dealerships, and new malls have been just built and opened in 2006 within 1 mile from the house. The community is a very quiet and secure, and the neighbors are all very nice to be around. In the front of the entrance are 2 security officers 24 hours a day to open and close the gate as you enter. There is a 400 pesos (about $40 US) a month maintenance fee for this and also includes everything it takes for the upkeep of the community. We are less then 4 minutes from the beach, 8 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from downtown which is where all the nightlife is. Many banks (bancos) like HSBC, Banamex and Bancomer are available here within 1 mile which are the three largest banks (bancos) in Acapulco Mexico. Also a private school named Simon Bolivar is within a mile. All furniture in every room, exercise equipment, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and 3 large high definition TV's are included in the price. Other things included are 7 mini split air conditioners, an electric generator hooked up to power half the house and 2 air conditioners if there is a power outage. There are 7 connections ready for the local cable company (You pay the $30/month for the basic service but you have 7 televisions with cable) Also Included are 2 huge satellite dishes on my roof already set up for the Dish Network. All you need is a US account and you can get all US High Definition English Dish Network channels. My house has a security system just like Brinks or ADT. The name here is TechnoAlert.
